Then The Children
What would you do to survive?
I’ve been keeping a secret and it’s time to come clean: I wrote and published a comic titled Then The Children. It’s horror, it’s 4-pages, it’s free, and you can read it below - or on GlobalComix (recommended), Amazon (with Kindle Unlimited), and Apple Books.
We also published a physical copy through Ka-Blam, and I handmade promotional stickers and a custom comic sleeve for close friends. It was really fun getting a physical comic of our creation in our hands and creating pack-ins for a ‘faux Kickstarter reward’ (though this comic was done entirely in secret with no backing).
This wouldn’t have happened without my collaborator and excellent illustrator, Lucien Mize. Then The Children is the first time Lucien or I attempted working on a comic, and we’re both very happy with the result. It may not be the longest comic in the world, but it packs a punch.
